My Approach
Introduction
First we start with an unbinding telephone introduction conversation. In this conversation we take arround 30 minutes time to answer all of your potential questions and we evaluate if we are the right match to work together, and if our expectations are compatibile. In this way you are getting to know me better, and you get to decide if you would like to cooperate with me, and if I am the right coach for you. This conversation is free of cost.
Order clarification
As soon your coaching goal is achieved, or you develope the feeling that you can deal with your issue on your own, what followes is a concluding conversation of 60 minutes. This time will be used to reflect on everything that we achieved working together, we exchange feedback and make a plan for the future. We can set a monthly appointment to evaluate your situation, and see if there is a need of further deeper coaching sessions. This is of course optional, and depending on individual needs.
Coaching phase
This is the begining of our work together. We will address your current situation and the goal you wish to achieve.
We will be finding the right methodes and tools to help you find the underlying issues, overcome your opsticles and come closer to your goals in practice.
Every session lasts between 60 – 90 minutes, and at the end of every session we will establish what new practical methodes you can implement in your life, and work on them daily in order to get closer to your goal, and at the same time get new imputs for our next session.
Sessions should take place in regular distance of one week, in order to check if these methods are working out for you in bringing you closer to your goal, and that would be our guidence for every next session. In general, a person needs between 10-12 sessions, although it is obviously an individual thing, depending on the speed of the clients’ personal progress.
