As a stress reduction coach, I have developed different coaching plans, packages which are very individual and versatile depending on the sort and the level of stress a client is facing.

Coaching plans

Basic Stress Reduction Plan

Includes one time coaching session or a series of sessions focused on teaching practical strategies for reducing stress and managing overwhelm.

Comprehensive burnout prevention plan

This plan could include a longer-term coaching program focused on preventing burnout and building resilience.

Executive coaching plan

This plan is tailored specifically for people in high-pressure leadership positions, managing positions and communication and interpersonal relationships. Program is designed to help clients manage their stress and prevent burnout in a high-stake working environment.

About stress

Life itself has the potential to be stressful. It is not like we can avoid stress on everyday basis and things that are causing us stress are different and various.

What is actually Stress?
That is a feeling of emotional or physical tension and that is our body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. Stress, if left untreated, can contribute to many health problems such as: high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, serious digestion issues, obesity, and is the Number one cause of cancer.

When we speak about stress we have tendency to connect it mostly with our working environment, colleagues, boss, work load…

But what we need to understand, or better said what we forget is that life is more than just work, and stress can be related to a tons of different things, starting with our thoughts, how we talk to ourselves ( what kind of language we use, what kind of tone, are we kind to ourselves or all we do is criticise ourselves), family members, friends, other situations that are causing us to feel overwhelmed.

Out excessive stress we slide, completely unaware, into burnout, and that is entirely different “ball game”.

So, what is burnout after all from scientific perspective?
Well, dear visitor, that is a state of total mental, physical and emotional exhaustion, and it is caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when we feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained and unable to meet constant demands.

Triggers are usually:

Lack of adequate social support

Taking on more than one can handle at work, at school etc.

Poor self-care.
